 EXECUTION ORDER

1. Accept the motor.
2. Accept the head of the block of cylinders.
3. Accept a peel.
4. Accept the fat pump.
5. Prevent schatunnyje of a cover (1).
6. Lift a pole of an instinct (2) upward together with the piston (4). If the piston is damaged, the arrow, the direction of the movement can be specified by newidna because of formation of soot. Therefore it is necessary to remove a deposit.
7. By means of the wypressujte screw-driver a blocking ring (5) pistons of fingers (6) you just accept the piston (4).

Device

 EXECUTION ORDER

1. Check the internal diameter of the heads of a pole of an instinct.
2. Oil a finger of the piston (4) banks of the top head of a pole of an instinct.
3. Unite the piston (4) and a pole of an instinct (2).
4. Sapressujte of fingers of the piston (6) by hand.
5. Install a blocking ring (5) pistons a finger in a fold (shooter) in the piston.
6. Oil opening of cylinders, schatunnyje schejki, the appendix and pistons (4).
7. Establish natjaschnuju a tape (7) for piston rings.
8. Install the piston (4) arrows in the direction of the movement.
9. Check schatunnyje bolts.
10. Establish schatunnyje of a cover (1) and tighten bolts.
11. Prowernite a bent shaft you just check freedom of action.
12. Install the fat pump.
13. Establish a peel.
14. Measure piston wystupanije. Establish transferring of nominal thickness or transferring of thickness of repair depending on piston wystupanija.
15. Wystupanije of the piston:
   On the new block of cylinders — 0.74-0.96 mm
   On the perfected block of cylinders — 0.96-1.16 mm
16. Establish the head of the block of cylinders.
17. Install the motor.
