 EXECUTION ORDER

1. Exclude the negative line of the battery.
2. On models by means of the conditioner: connect a protective disk in the conditioner condenser. Exclude masloprowody from the fat heater.
3. Prevent collars of strengthening of masloprowodow to a body.
4. Accept a conditioner compressor incentive belt.
5. Extort liquid from a container of the amplifier of management by means of the pump.
6. Exclude the motor conditioner compressor. For this purpose you prevent bolts (35) and mother of strengthenings of pipelines. Strengthen the compressor along with it in the lower part of motor office with the connected pipelines.
7. Prevent the coming-back and aggravating pipelines from the pump of the amplifier of management and the double pump of high pressure.
8. Prevent the aggravating pipeline from the pump (1), prevent bolts of M8 (3) of strengthening of the pump to the carrier (2) and exclude the aggravating pipeline of bolts.
9. Open a tank neck saliwnoj cover for immersion of pressure in system of power supply. Prevent topliwoprowody.
10. Exclude priwodnoj a rope (30) from the control lever (5). For this purpose you squeeze a plastic clip (28).
11. Exclude cutting of the heater and listeners of vacuum in motor office. On models with AT: exclude the listener of vacuum of the gate of channel 2.
12. Accept a cover (3), open the cable pipeline (1) and exclude it on the right.
13. Exclude plugs (X26/17) and (X16/1x1) of the line of the motor. Press a dog and turn them under 90 ° on the left to exclude the plug (X16/1x1).
14. Exclude the plug of a sensor of provision of a bent shaft (L5), from the control unit (), sensors of explosion (A16) and exclude listeners of vacuum.
15. Exclude the absorbing listener of the ulawliwanija parow system of gasoline of the adapter in a leaf of a wheel of the left wheel.
16. Exclude the diagnostic plug (ò11), exclude the plug of the line of a sensor of WMT from the back diagnostic plug.
17. Prevent the line (X27) from a starter and the line of a chain 30 (X4/10) ahead on the right in the lower part of a partition of motor office.
18. Exclude kardannyj a wave, strengthening bolts prevented.

21. On models with AT wypressujte you just exclude blocking levers a draft of gear shifting of the lever of gear shifting. Exclude the hydraulic pipeline (shooter) of the working cylinder of connection of the adapter.
22. On models with AT you weaken collars of underground mining (23) and you prevent a rope (6) from the gate of application of the reducing transfer (61) or you accept it.
23. Prevent the line of association on "weight" from transmission.
24. Accept the plug of the switch of blocking of a starter (8). The plug of the switch of blocking of a starter is enclosed by a white plastic ring (shooter). Before removal of the plug the block ring upward has to be solemnly in the direction of an arrow and to be turned. Exclude a draft (9) from the gear shifting Selektor lever.
25. By means of 2 wypressujte screw-drivers of adapters (8) from a rope.
26. Exclude the plug of the line of the gate of protection of transmission of an overload.
27. Connect the elevator to Henkel of the motor. Regulate raising of the motor in such a way that the motor could be suppressed horizontally. Lift the motor by means of the elevator.
28. Prevent the back carrier of strengthening of the motor without support. Prevent bolts (1).
29. Prevent bolts (2) the carrier (3) transmissions.
30. Prevent bolts of an of strengthening of the left and right support of the motor.
31. Lift the motor with transmission gears and pull out them from motor office.
32. As a last resort accept a back support.

Device

The device will be as it should be, made down removals. Regulate AT rope, oil level in the motor and transmission gears.
