4. Prevent the lever of the appendix of the 4/5th of transfers (117).
5. Prevent a wave (103) of the 4/5th of transfers and accept the lever of application of transmission gears.

6. Accept the lever (5), a fork (6) and muftu (15) 4/5th of transfers of a key wave.
7. Accept an intermediate wave (40) from transmission gears. Check absence of damage and it is sold on an intermediate wave.

11. Accept a key wave (2) with the ball-bearing (43) and to transferrings (43a) forward.
12. Pull out an external jingle of the camp (97) by means of wykolotki.

Regulation of axial freedom of action

 EXECUTION ORDER

1. Establish a key wave (2) with the ball-bearing (43) and to transferrings (43a) to a body of transmission gears by means of wykolotki.

2. Put an intermediate wave, the conducted wave, междудиск, behind and forward covers of transmission gears firmly. After the device of a key wave, you strengthen a forward cover of transmission gears (92b) from 2 bolts (shooter) in such a way that the key wave of a body of transmission gears was not cancelled at the device of the conducted wave.

3. Establish axial freedom of action of a key wave (2) within 0-0.1 mm. For this purpose you measure removal from edge of a fold of the camp (43) up to the connected surface of transmission gears by means of a measuring latch.

4. Measure removal from the connected surface of a forward cover (92) to (4) low surfaces (shooter) of a body of the camp. It is necessary to take the shortest removal for measurement. If a priwernut camp body to a forward cover, from the connected surface up to a flute deep you. 8. Establish transferrings (94 and (96) in a forward cover of transmission gears (92) and strengthen from its lubricant (watch an illustration 19.10).
9. Grease the connected surfaces of a forward cover of germetikom 002 989 00 20 (Loctite 573) and establish a cover (92) on a key wave. Accept lubricants of the head of bolts and grease them with germetikom 001 989 25 20 (Hylomar).
