 EXECUTION ORDER

1. Measure freedom of action between the ball-bearing of a key wave and a forward cover of transmission gears. The nominal size of freedom of action forms 0.1 mm.
2. Measure removal of "a" between an external ring of the camp and the contact surface of a body of transmission gears by means of a measuring latch.
3. Measure removal of "b" between uplotnitelnoj from a surface of a cover of transmission gears and a fold of the camp by means of a measuring latch.
4. Calculation of thickness of transferrings is made the next way: removal of "b" (6.1 mm) - removal of "a" (5.2 mm) = distinction (0.9 mm) - freedom of action (0.1 mm) = the transferring thickness (0.8 mm). Transferrings of thickness of 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 mm are issued.
5. Establish transferrings to a forward cover of transmission gears and strengthen them by means of Schmierens.
6. Check freedom of action between the ball-bearing of an intermediate wave and a forward cover of transmission gears.
7. Establish an intermediate wave with the ball-bearing in a body of transmission gears by means of a plastic hammer.
8. Measure removal "with" between an external ring of the camp and the contact surface of a body of transmission gears by means of a measuring latch.
9. Measure removal of "d" between uplotnitelnoj from a surface of a forward cover of transmission gears and to a fold by means of a measuring latch.
10. Determine thickness of transferrings: removal of "d" (5.8 mm) - removal "with" (5.1 mm) = distinction (0.7 mm) - freedom of action (0.1 mm) = the transferring thickness (0.6 mm). Transferrings of thickness of 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 mm are issued.
11. Put transferrings to a forward cover of transmission gears meter one you strengthen them by means of Schmierens.
