 EXECUTION ORDER

1. Accept a body of Reduziergetriebes (50) .slejte oil from Reduziergetriebe.
2. Strengthen Reduziergetriebe in Schraubstock.
3. Exclude a back cover (54).
4. Accept a blocking ring (30) from both flanges of power shafts (33).
5. Accept flanges of power shafts (33).
6. Wypressujte left and right radial networks (32a).
7. Accept blocking rings (29).
8. Establish a pencil (046) for differential gear wheels on the right and press differential in such a way that it touched Reduziergetriebes body at the left. Pull out both externally rings (11a) of roller bearings from Reduziergetriebes body.
9. Pull out a body of differential (13) Reduziergetriebe.
10. Pull out both internally rings (11b) of conic roles of the camp from a differential body.
11. Weaken and prevent bolts (13a) of strengthening of the conducted gear wheel of the main transfer.
12. Accept the conducted gear wheel of the main transfer (47a) from differential (13).
13. Weaken and prevent mother (40) strengthenings of a flange (41).
14. Accept a flange (41).
15. Pull out a key gear wheel of the main transfer (47) Reduziergetriebe.
16. Wypressujte network (42) from Reduziergetriebe.
17. Accept an internal ring of the camp (43d).
18. Accept external rings of camps (46b), (43e) from Reduziergetriebe.
19. Accept transferring (45).
20. Accept the plug (44) at transferring (48) from a key gear wheel.

Check

 EXECUTION ORDER

1. Check all details for lack of sale and if it is necessary you you replace them.
2. Check a key gear wheel (47) and the conducted gear wheel (47a) for compliance numbering.

Installation and regulation

 EXECUTION ORDER

1. Sapressujte an internal ring of the camp (46a) on a key gear wheel (47).
2. Calculate thickness of transferring (45) and establish them in Reduziergetriebes body.
3. Establish external rings of camps (46b), (43e) in Reduziergetriebes body.
4. Install the plug (44) at transferrings (48) from both parties on a key gear wheel.
5. Establish a key gear wheel (47) in Reduziergetriebe (50).
6. Establish an internal ring of the camp (43d) on a key gear wheel and their sapressujte together with radial network (42).
7. Establish a flange (41) on a key gear wheel.
8. Tighten mother (40).
9. Regulate the friction moment in the camp of a key gear wheel.
10. Check freedom of action of a key gear wheel.
11. Establish the conducted gear wheel (47a) on differential (13). For this purpose it is necessary to heat the conducted gear wheel up to temperature of 75-85 °C.
12. Sapressujte an internal ring of the camp (11b) on differential.
13. The installation as it should be which is carried out down discussions will be farther.
14. Check and regulate axial freedom of action of a flange.
15. Strengthen a back cover (54).
16. Accept Reduziergetriebe from Schraubstock.

Device

 EXECUTION ORDER

1. Establish Reduziergetriebe (50).
2. Fill in oil (about 1.2)
3. Replace sapun (55) on a back cover (54).

Specifications

 EXECUTION ORDER

1. The friction moment in the camp of a key gear wheel (new conic roller bearings): 215-245 Nanometers.
2. A tolerance of the regulating characteristic at the end of key Zahnrades:-0.02 / + 0.01 mm.
3. Freedom of action between the key and conducted gear wheels of the main transfer of 0.08-0.014 mm.
